✅ 10-Day Return Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 10 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied with the original invoice/proof of purchase

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us. Items sent without requesting a return first will not be accepted.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery

  • Products without original packaging or invoice

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or improper installation

  • Products purchased under special discounts or clearance sales


🛠 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.


🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return the unwanted item and place a fresh order once your return is accepted.


💰 Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Bank or payment provider timelines may affect when the refund reflects in your account.
